So, another year over – and the numbers are in to show that we raised just short of £4400 for St

Michael's Hospice in the year – so well done the band!

This year is getting busy – 24 gigs so far with the summer and Christmas rushes yet to come.  We're

signed up to the Council Summer Concerts Series with gigs in Valley Gardens, Harrogate, Ripon

Spa Gardens, Knaresborough Castle and Pateley Bridge Recreation Ground.

We've also been invited to appear at the Uke Power Festival – an event for 'all things uke' which is

held at the Drax Power Station social club on 25th May.

Specific dates are:

Victoria Centre, Harrogate to support St Michael's Hospice:

6th April, 27th April, 15th June, 24th August, 28th September

Council Summer Concert Series:

16th June, Valley gardens, Harrogate

7th July, Knaresborough Castle

21st July, Ripon Spa Gardens

4th August, Pateley Bridge Recreation Grounds

More to come as the bookings come in.

We played at the Harrogate Royal Hall to support the celebration of the 120th anniversary of the building.  The photos below show the band on stage - the same stage the Beatles played on in the late 60s and on the steps outside the hall.

It wouldn't be Christmas without a few carols from the Harrogate Spa Town Ukes.

The Ukes appear again at the 2019 Harrogate International Festival 40s Day at Harrogate Valley Gardens. Here, Ros, Steve (our band leader, or Victor Silvester!) and Linda take a break.
